COLD THERAPY

Store in the freezer so that the container is ready to use in case of injury, freezing is required for approximately one hour.

For ideal use:

*Reduce swelling

*Temporary relief from headaches

* Reduce fevers

HOT THERAPY

Use in the microwave: Place the gel pack in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds or 1 minute at high power, after this time, check that the correct temperature has been reached.

Double boiler: Place the gel pack inside the pot after removing it from the heat, submerge the gel pack for a few minutes (4-10 min)
